Golf Outings
Player fees / General Information
Tournament Fees are $30 per person for events held Monday through Friday. For tournaments held on Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays the cost is $35 per person in the morning and $30 per person in the afternoon.
All A.M. shotgun starts will begin no later than 8:00 a.m., and all P.M. shotgun starts will begin no earlier than 1:00 p.m. unless approval is given by The Director.
A.M. Shotgun start events are available to groups with 20-144 players when playing in groups of four. However, only groups of 100 or more will close the course to other play; smaller groups will use a shotgun start with regular play following the last group off #1 tee.

The above-mentioned fees include: opening fees, green fees, cart fees, use of bar and patio, practice putting green, and all tournament services (e.g., preparation of scorecards, cart assignment tags, score sheets, and scoring). Use of the banquet facility is available upon request and is an additional cost.
Golf Carts
Golf carts are mandatory for all outings and are included in the tournament fee. For all shotgun events, 50 golf carts are available. All groups requiring more than the available number of carts will pay $20.00 for each cart with a minimum of 10 carts that are leased for the day. All golf cart operators must be at least 16 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
Golf Guarantees / Confirmation
The number of players indicated on your original contract is the number considered for approval. The contract must be signed by your organization’s authorized representative and returned along with a $200.00 deposit unless otherwise approved by the Director. Formal booking of the event is not complete until the contract and deposit are received by the Director of Lockhaven Golf Club. The final number of players is to be given to Lockhaven Two Days prior to tournament date and is the number of players that will be billed.
Cancellation
Written cancellations received by Lockhaven Golf Club Director prior to 45 days from the scheduled date of the golf event will result in 100% refund of deposit. Cancellations made within 45 days of the scheduled event will forfeit the deposit.
Rain Dates
Should inclement weather occur and the event be cancelled, an 18 hole green fee will be awarded to all players that paid. An alternative option is to reschedule the event on a date that is available.

Food & Beverage Information
On Course Bar Options:
Option #1: Players pay for all drinks as needed
Option #2: Players receive drink tickets from tournament holder
Option #3: Donated product, only available to tax exempt, charitable organizations. The product must be donated and delivered by the manufacturer or one of its approved distributors. A handling fee, to include icing, and delivery of product on course and in bar is $.50 per unit
- 1 ticket – $2.00
- 2 tickets – $3.50
- 3 tickets – $4.50
- Additional tickets – $1.50 per ticket
Outing Bar Service (after the round):
Option #1: Players pay for all drinks as needed
Option #2: Two hour unlimited consumption of all house brands. Includes beer, soda, and wine for $12 per player
Outing Food Service:
Option #1: We provide hot dogs for players with choice of two sides for $6.00 per player.
Option #2: We provide choice of two meats (burger, brat, or hot dog) for players with choice of two sides for $8.00 per player

Tournament Information
Services Your Group May Need:
- Tournament Prizes (Merchandise & gift certificates available)
- Logo Merchandise (Balls, shirts, wind shirts, towels, hats, etc.)
- Golf Cart Assignment Cards (Names and starting time or hole posted on cart)
- Scorecards (Players names printed on card)
- Scoresheets (Names printed and posted on scoreboard)
- Rules & Events Sheets (Posted on each cart)
- Special Events: Closest to Hole, Longest Drive, Longest Putt and other special events (Please include with your paperwork)
- Hole-In-One Insurance (Must be notified 10 days prior to event)
- Drink Tickets Available (Carnival type tickets used for purchase of drinks)
- Sponsor Signs (Signs can be made for a fee; 30-day lead time is necessary)
- Errand Carts (Committee members, photo, etc.)
- Tax Exempt Letter (Please include a copy with your paperwork)
It will be necessary to have the pairings no less than two (2) days in advance so that scorecards and cart signs can be prepared prior to the outing. Pairings should include first and last names.
